In my opinion, unless there are something have been agreed/guaranteed on behind the curtain in BPH favour, i don't think DB would agree to settle the court case without any big compensation from the government that easily. In the past 3 years, i have been riding the roller coaster BHP train with all joy, fear and tear (and i believe only the real long term holders will know what i meant by it) but still holding tight. I now can't wait to get my reward once BHP is trading again.
