Share buyback update: brokers appointed
Further to Air New Zealand Limited's ("Air New Zealand") announcement on 28
September 2012 in relation to its intention to undertake an on-market share
buyback programme on NZSX and the ASX, Air New Zealand advises that it has
appointed Craigs Investment Partners Limited and First NZ Capital Securities
Limited to act as brokers to Air New Zealand in connection with the share
buyback.
A copy of the Appendix 3D, which Air New Zealand is required to lodge with
ASX pursuant to the ASX Listing Rules, is attached.
