Market Purchase of Company's Own Shares

Notification is given that pursuant to the authority granted at the Annual
General Meeting of the Company held on 25 February 2015 to make market
purchases of the Company's own shares of 25p, a market purchase of 25,000
ordinary shares in the capital of the Company was made today at a price of
618.00p per share.

The issued share capital of the Company following this purchase is
112,081,839 ordinary shares of 25p each.  For calculations of interests in
the Company's voting rights, on a poll members have one vote for every GBP1
in nominal value (ie four shares are required for one vote).
