Fletcher Building Industries Limited advises that it has reallocated some of
the FBI120 Capital Notes held as treasury stock to the FBI070, FBI100, FBI110
and FBI140 series.

The reallocation has been made so that the Capital Notes form a more
consistent series of notes over a 5 year period.  The details of the
reallocation are:
