Fonterra hereby gives notice in accordance with section 161B of the Dairy
Industry Restructuring Act 2001 that on 30 November 2012 it acquired, by
purchase on the NZX Main Board operated by NZX Limited, the following units
in the Fonterra Shareholders' Fund:

Consideration paid per unit  - $6.66
