BUYBACK: MLN: MLN announces continuation of share buyback programme

Marlin Global Limited announces continuation of share buyback programme

In accordance with Listing Rule 7.6.2, Marlin announces its intention to
continue its share buyback programme of Marlin ordinary shares in compliance
with Section 65 of the Companies Act 1993.

The buyback programme is for the period of 1 November 2015 through to 31
October 2016 and will be for up to a maximum of 5,500,000 ordinary shares.

Per the current Buyback Policy, Marlin will only buyback shares if the
discount to net asset value is greater than 10%. For the prior year, to 31
October 2015, Marlin bought back 1,505,672, shares.
