Port of Tauranga Limited - Announcement of Share Buy-Back for Employee Share
Purchase Scheme

Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 7.6.2, Port of Tauranga Limited hereby announces
its intention to buy-back 22,220 of its ordinary shares on-market during the
period from 25 January 2016 to 5 February 2016, to be issued to staff as part
of an employee share purchase scheme.
