PORT OF TAURANGA LIMITED - ANNOUNCEMENT OF SHARE BUY-BACK FOR EMPLOYEE SHARE
OWNERSHIP PLAN
Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 7.6.2, Port of Tauranga Limited hereby announces
its intention to buy-back 17,280 of its ordinary shares on-market during the
period from 25 August 2014 to 11 September 2014, for allocation to staff as
part of the Employee Share Ownership Plan.
