Share Buyback Programme
Telecom Corporation of New Zealand Limited ("Telecom") announces that during
the 2012 calendar year Telecom intends implementing an on-market buyback to
acquire a maximum of 200 million ordinary shares for an aggregate purchase
price of not more than NZ$300 million.
The ordinary shares will be acquired on the NZSX, the stock exchange on which
Telecom is listed in New Zealand.
