BUYBACK: TPW: Notice to New Zealand Exchange Limited

For the purposes of Listing Rule 7.12.1 of the NZSX Listing Rules, this
notice concerns those securities in TrustPower Limited ("TrustPower") that
have been acquired on market by TrustPower on 16 September 2013.

Please note that there has been a correction made to the number of shares
held after deduction of treasury stock from the last notice on 10 September
to take account of $6,700 shares issued on 31 July 2013 which were not
included in previous notices.
