TOWER Limited - Acquisition of shares under buy back offer
TOWER Limited (TOWER) advises that it has received valid acceptances for more
than 10% of TOWER Shares under the buy back offer announced on 10 December
2013.
The level of acceptances received to date is in respect of 29,025,649 shares
($52,536,424.69).
This amount may change if further acceptances, lodged prior to 7pm on 23
January 2014, are received for processing.
Full details will be announced once final acceptances have been received.
Payment will be made to accepting shareholders on 31 January 2014, subject to
final Board confirmation.
