I'm hoping this might also lead to some form of corporate action over at TOT which is stuck in 2.5 office assets that were purchased at the top of the market and trading at a huge NTA discount (even factoring in further write-downs in value). I don't dispute that 360 have a very good track record but really think they let themselves down badly with the timing of that deal and it's damaged both TOT and TGP through their 20 percent shareholding.
I'm hoping this might also lead to some form of corporate action...
