Yep MAF is a way better option than TGP however I am backing both horses. I have way more allocated to MAF and continue to accumulate between 4 and 4.40. TGP is a tough one to understand but I am backing Tony. The report next week will shed some light on their new strategy - i wouldn't underestimate the private markets they have a hand in eg developers needing cash where the bank won't give them. Also HPI has been smashed however their expertise and sector they are in have a very bright future.
