After years of being positive on TGP.... the share price has not...

After years of being positive on TGP.... the share price has not repaid my loyalty!!
I am possibly interested in a small parcel at these prices.... though need 12 months of a 'more static' business.
Without all of the chopping and changing of the past 3 years.... I think investors want to see stable earnings, and some predictable cashblows from mgmt fees. (TOT, HCP.... and the debt business).

Running with much smaller staff now in FY24 -- so I expect a reasonable level of operating profit, even in the absence of any performance fees in the forseeable future!!
