So what exactly are we trying to be? An Indian payments IT business? Something else?

"This is the first of many acquisitions we expect to undertake to fulfil our business vision"

What is the business vision? Have they updated or stated how this buyout is in line with that vision or is just fancy jargon to sound good in a press release.

I can't see that there's nearly enough information to understand if this is good or bad. We've previously valued our 24.9% at circa $5m - so..... how does this make sense?

I'm confused.
