ASX RELEASE – BVMHL TO REVIEW ITS HOLDING IN TIG
Tigers Realm Coal (Company) (TIG) advises that one of its major shareholders, BV Mining Holding Limited
(BVMHL) has notified the Company that it intends to conduct a strategic review of its shareholding in TIG.
TIG understands that the strategic review is at an early stage and no decisions have yet been made.
BVMHL currently holds 31.22% of the Company’s equity and has been a very strong and supportive
shareholder since its initial investment in 2014 and through the two capital raisings conducted since 2014,
one in 2016 and the other in late 2019, wherein BVMHL maintained its stake.

BV Mining Holding Limited (BVMHL) has notified TIG that it has
decided to terminate the strategic review process it commenced at that time. In providing this advice
BVMHL reiterated its intention to continue cooperative efforts with TIG to build a sustainable growth
business which increases shareholder value and provides investor returns.
The Company looks forward to continuing its long‐standing relationship with BVMHL as a significant
shareholder, as the Company develops and grows further.
So they are still going to be a shareholder!
