Probably just following listing rules. There is so much uncertainty around they need to withdraw guidance just in case.
But I agree, not much risk to the distribution or portfolio from Bunnings. Some smaller shops in some of the centres may be taking a hit but they are less than 5% of the portfolio I believe.
My official end point for all this is when the sausages are back at Bunnings! Forget government statements or policies - when you smell the BBQ going on a Saturday morning you know we're back to normal...
