All IMO & I could be wrong however the acquisition announcement was clear & straightforward regarding this. The Offer Booklets are dispatched Fri, 27th which should clear things up.

I agree. I'm sorry if I inferred that these are able to be traded, as that was not the intent.

You can either pay the $5.92 or receive the funds from the "sale"of the entitlement. The value is to be determined at a later date.

I am happy to take up the new shares, but I have to find a bunch of cash to do it.
