    Makes total sense for Zoe and consortium to takeover the company.

    They could gain 100% of the company for next to nothing by way of takeover and then own everything including their original business (indirectly). The put option would still be on foot but they could potentially change the terms or do a debt equity swap then refloat the company almost debt free.

    They would release multiple times the value with a company under new head company branding/board debt free with core products.
