You got me thinking why would the Chair of The Reject Shop be appointed as Chair of BWX? Who are the large SHs in both registers? Turns out Bennelong is! There has been no explanation for the Board changes coming prior to the AGM in February 2023. There would be significant synergies to be had between BWX and The Reject Shop especially as The Reject Shop has no bank debt and an experienced retail management team and Board.
