Not much of an explanation as to why or why he'd remain on the board peering over Rory's shoulder. And no mention of what has been agreed re his LTIP commitments - doubt he's been CEO long enough for any of these to pay out. Hope the board didn't roll and get manipulated into letting him keep them or else the AGM will be fun. Share price was already down so something must be up or CEO would have left on a high, not after a couple of dog acquisitions and a failed attempt to get the US up and running.
