Given what appears to be some trickery in play I would not be surprised to see the $6.60 p/s offer formalised. There has been little volume come out the last 3 days which suggests major players think the deal is still in tact. Reality is, so long as they're exiting at a profit what reason (aside from longer term value opp cost) do ppl have not to sell?
I've said it before, you can have my shares at $6.60, which is why I've been mopping up at this low range. 20% arbitrage, thanks for coming.
