Ann: BWX response to claim from Waterloo Capital Partners, page-49

Last years annual report was presented on 16th August'17. Due Diligence should be completed by 16/8/18. What we do not know is whether the US legal actions will hold things up. Whether an injunction is granted in the US to prevent a change in ownership until the issues are heard????
Assuming due diligence passes the test and the offer stands I suspect it will be rejected and a higher offer sought. By this time the annual report should be due and hopefully its a good one.
Cannot see an early resolution.
