Cracking the US and becoming a global player will be a huge win for shareholders if they can pull it off. They have been on an acquisition binge of late, but glad this is the last. As they mention there should be significant synergies across the businesses now. Plenty of work to do to bring it all together and extract maximum value.
My feel is that BWX will be swallowed by a major beauty player at some point if they keep growing.
