I think that May have got a waiver from the the ASX and he can vote his shares . I am well aware of Purcell's history at MEL and elsewhere . I was in and out of MAY about two years ago and made a bit of money .
I will decide on the merits of the deal if and when it comes . If it comes after a positive decision to drill Beehive I think that the MAY SP would have increased and MAY would probably get the 51% they need to control MEL .
