No luck with ST 224 but I don't think RTM use was the problem, even if I trust more BYE management than W&T.
The problem, as you say, is directors and management involvement : OEL directors have 2.4 % of the capital, BYE directors had 25 % and they bought 14 % at the last CR. Strong incentive and the long term holders we desperately need.
But as for relative valuations, no hesitation : OEL is a strong buy, BYE is not
