Hopefully I get the call to look at the register tomorrow, it seems to be a bit of a palarva, had a call back asking today why I wanted to look ( the rules actually state if you as a SH are just looking and not getting a copy u don’t have to give a reason) I said I just want to look at the Top20 to see if they’re selling ? The response was I will convey that to my superior and we will be back in touch. They may also tell me I can’t pass on any info ?
Mind you I don’t expect to see any sales from the Top2...it would have to already been disclosed judging by the vol over th3 last couple of weeks.
