My interpretation is that - take note of that last paragraph - AVL and Bryah share the site, splitting what they find.
They found signs of gold next to some vanadium,
BUT Bryah gets the gold wile AVL gets the vanadium..
Thats why the ANN is on Bryah header - as its a bigger (potential) win for them, rather than AVL but as a shared project it should help them both out.
