Something seems a bit off with this much-anticipated dso-offtake agreement. Only a week to go now for the 30 nov deadline, after the extension from last month. It is only a further $1M investment for Yahua, yet we are told the hold-up is with the chinese regulatory side of things. Was there a hold-up with Yahua's larger investment with avz. China has a voracious appetite for securing resources globally. I don't buy a regulatory hold-up for such a small investment, for a company as large as Yahua, in a country as resource-hungry as China which is buying up resources all over the place. All imo.
