Its unusual buying, given BYE's stated requirement for more cash by midyear, and with a bit more patience one could probably accumulate at sub 10c.
Someone could be anticipating a wider ranging jv deal with OEL and MEL that will solve BYE's near term funding.
The timing of OEL's c/note issue would play into that.
