Didnt read the original High bidder announcement for the 4 blocks thoroughly...re reading it appears the answer is there...
"The bids were generated by interpretation of the Company’s high quality ARTM and Inversion processed 3D seismic data. "
So that would have been done over 3 months ago...and presumedly OEL and any other potential FI parties would have had already spent some time looking at the interpretation.
