The letter to Share holders by the CEO where he unambiguously ruled out a capital raise to fund the drilling and stated that finance similar to the previous campaign was more or less a done deal removed a lot of uncertainty .

Certainly that was the case for me .
You don't need the leaky ship theory .
All the information was in the public domain .
Todays Announcement just fleshed out the details of what the CEO said in his letter to share holders .
