    If you look at a graph of the share prices of OEL and BYE over the last 5 years from when they JV to drill SM71 you will see just how better BYE has performed .
    There is just no way that the management of BYE would have done to their shareholders what the management of OEL did .

    BYE has a clear business plan and they are in control of their own destiny.
    Much of their present problems are directly related to the rig equipment failure on the first SM58 well .
    If that had not happened the second well would have been a completely different target .

    No one really knows what OEL plans to do .
    They have put out mixed messages to the market .
    They do not operate anything and their next move depends on the agenda of their JV partners that all seem to have their priorities on other than their OEL JV projects .
