    I like the 20m. Gives them flexibility to drill Cervantes (2.5-3.5m) and Odin (1.?m), and get Vali into production (hopefully... - <500k?) whilst retaining around $2.5-3m in shares/cash (based on current BYE price) by my calcs. The additional 10m of distribution would see the cupboard pretty bare by the time Cervantes came around.
