There is no doubt (in my view) PAN will be taken over shortly after the IGO/ WSA transaction formally goes through in June. IGO which surrounds PAN and will soon own 20% of PAN will be the obvious mover.
We just have to work out what that premium will be. I would assume anywhere between $0.37 & $0.50.
