a lot of crap being thrown about here.
From my knowledge these Flow Through shares normally have a lock period of up to two years which is related to the taxation rules in Canada, not certain on this particular placement though.
With 10% of SYA shares being shorted when I last checked their would be some desperation to scare holders into selling IMO.
Let the share price do the talking I say.
