Also to note Savannah has had a big win here, because they now own 19.5% of C7A which equates to about $400,000 in value and pocketed $3.3M on the sake of the project , which in my eyes was way past the worth of the project, and with the current share price and Market cap of C7A sitting at 2M , the market obviously agrees.
The only positive is now we own 100% of Ashford and if they can come up with a plan to successfully make money on the project ( and I am yet to be convinced) , there could be a small glimmer of light at the end of a very very long tunnel that long time shareholders may recoup a small part of their losses from some of the stupid decisions of the past, especially the ones made at Granville.
