    That's not going to help Mr Brand, we need a deal and signed HOA!!! the share price is defying gravity for now, but all signs are that another major breakdown is imminent . We're either going to 4 cents or 40 cents and meaningless announcements like this one suggest 4 cents. Sorry!! Downgrade to sell
