There are 63 references to Springsure in the GUF prospectus.

The directors of GUF had substantial holdings in Springsure.

GUF were to pay Springsure (ie. we as shareholders were to pay our directors, proportionally) $10 million for EPC 1674, and a further $2.1 million for exploration costs on Springsure tenements.

Seeing as the deal with Springsure was cancelled, and we never got EPC 1674, I suppose we saved these funds, though I would now like to see a formal announcement by the directors of GUF regarding these funds (if there has not already been one).

I believe Springsure was gobbled up by ORH when it bought the ResCo group of companies.

Maybe the directors of TheChairmen1 Pty Ltd are still trying to get their hands on EPC 1674 by attempting to purchase Springsure back from ORH. If they were successful, we do not know whether they would pass EPC 1674 on to GUF or do something else with it.

I just wish the directors of TheChairmen1 Pty Ltd (ie. Guildford Coal) would explain clearly, and in plain English, tell us all what it is they are trying to do.

Maybe we need to get in touch with ORH Limited and ask them about offers for Springsure.

Who really knows what is happening here.
