ok I was wrong about the process.
But you need to calm down a little. Take a chill pill. You don’t have to be working there to know the demand. I was actually taking that from another poster who mentioned that he knows someone who works there and he told him that. So the down ramping about GWR stops and you still wanna take out your little anger tantrum on someone now. Atleast I answered the poster who asked a question. Unlike you who have nothing good to say since day one.
