    Please tell me where GWR committed to a 12 month time frame for stage 1? I honestly don't think I've ever seen that.

    Not arguing with you about the poor haulage. They've been pretty open and transparent about this and their desire to fix it, which they now have.

    But stage 1 in 12 months.. call me crazy but it seems like you are holding them accountable to something they never said
