A registry is really, shares that are tenants. Put in new carpets, mow the lawns, then You just need a bus of high paying renters who need accommodation, and all the low priced rooms will be sold off to real street value.

New tenants who like where the house is, and the view it offers.
The evicted tenants, can come back, but now realize that others are holding their rooms, and they are priced out of the market.
