Sold down today, not very impressed with the recent issue of share in replacement of payment to directors when the SP was at its lowest and director knew mining had recommenced and share holders had not been informed. In my view this is a form of insider trading and should be looked into. Very bad form, GWR have a kitty full of cash to pay director fees and doesn’t pass the pub test. Happy to hear other opinions..
