It's the pricks that run DGR, but mainly Mather who has total control. I don't understand why the significant investors in any and all of the companies he is director of has taken this fellow to task. Surely, they must be sick of losing their money as well as the normal investor. Of course, Mather picks up his hundreds of thousands over the years doing his directorship con-jobs. His cohorts, including secretary, financial officers, auditors, etc., are all the gravy train and non will alert shareholders or the appropriate statutory authorities that should be informed when non-compliance issues occur. The current directors must own the majority of this newly named company, after the tin asserts were sold off to pay their back pays.
