Definitely meant Mather and not Moller. Moller is a side kick only, totally under the control of Mather and presumably Bezzel, the financier and strategic partner in this gang of ......artists. However, your analysis as to their intentions as board members is certainly true. Where did all the money that was raised from shareholders go? Paying hundreds of thousands of dollars each and every year to these incompetents was only a small part of the losses involved. Sheer greed and lack of skill in running a mining exploration company. Moller, under the guise of him being a lawyer was part of the deception.
