    1. Easier Permitting and Approval Process: Converting cleared farm land for industrial use may involve fewer regulatory hurdles and environmental impact assessments compared to development on bushland or untouched heathland. This could expedite the permitting and approval process for the silica sands project, leading to faster project commencement and reduced regulatory risks.

    2. Infrastructure Availability: Cleared farm land often has existing infrastructure such as roads, utilities, and transportation networks, which can significantly reduce the costs and logistical challenges associated with developing high purity silica sands projects. Access to infrastructure can streamline project development and operations, making cleared farm land more attractive from a feasibility and cost perspective.

a competitor to us is awaiting on the reglatory approval . their market cap is 50 million!! they have to clear native bush and heathland in huge amounts ,

aps have the potential to turn cleared farm land into an asset improving the soil . its there . the quality . lets get an mou for an off take .

also solar its booming so they may all win
