"Construct civil and drainage works after final design which is targeted to be complete by end of October;"
It's now Nov 3, does that mean the final design is completed? Sounds like they had aimed to put this release out earlier, but got delayed.
If the design is completed, does that mean they are now constructing the civil & drainage works? If so, a pic of turning 1st soil would be nice (I realise the site has already been cleared)

"Construct the balance of the project after final design, which is targeted to be completed in November 2023, together with the completion of civil works."

Looks like it's going to be full steam ahead over the next few months or so.
This is very good news for shareholders.
