Don't forget that first production was previously flagged as late 2023 and then early 2024 . The change to H1 2024 was likely to allow for the slow progress and the delays that the company foresaw with the need to change the contractor. So the newer guidance of H1 2024 could already have factored in the delay that you describe in your post.
