    This is my favourite announcement of late. Delivery of this project on time and on budget and we will surely see a nice steady SP rise throughout the year.

    Plus that NI investment is starting to pay off. I sold a little parcel today that I bought on the ridiculous company SP lows not long ago. Still got my core holdings that I will hold onto throughout the year. It is shaping up to be a big one.

    So good to see the 12s and 13s again.
