Cabinda (Phosphate plant project) is couple of km from Cabinda Port. Cabinda Port is about 1000km by ship from Libito port. Or 1400km by road. 900km from Cabinda port to Luanda (capital) by road.
You'd assume all product whether for domestic consumption or international export coming out of Cabinda Province will be via the port, given that Cabinda is separate from the rest on Angola.
Capanda Dam (Ammonia) is 600km by road from Libito. Or 300km from Lunada port.
